Where Health and Safety meets Employee Experience

Scritto da Welliba | 13-nov-2023 12.05.46

In 2023, most employees expect their employer to look after their health, safety, and experience at work. Failure to uphold this “duty of care” can have many negative effects, ranging from increased sick leave to high employee turnover, or even the risk of legal prosecution. It is no wonder that businesses put ‘Health and Safety’ (H&S) and ‘Employee Experience’ (EX) high on their agendas. But there is still a lot of uncertainty on how to get results.

During our panel discussion, we will consider why H&S and EX programmes are often designed and managed separately, when they share so many characteristics. We will explore how these two practices align in opportunities and challenges. We will also discuss different approaches and ways to predict people risks, increase trust, promote employee ownership and improve ROI in your H&S and EX programmes.

Discover how behavioural science, human-centred technology, employee ownership and compliance can go hand in hand.
