Welliba Wins the UNLEASH Startup Awards 2024
We are excited to announce that Welliba is the winner of the Unleash Startup Award 2024 at Unleash World in Paris!
Welliba’s Chief Commercial Officer, Katarina Coppé, pitched to judges at the Innovation Stage in Paris against five other HR startups in front of an expert industry panel and a crowd.
During her pitch, Katarina presented our latest AI-driven solution, Excelerate, which allows organisations to gather publicly available data from external sources to provide quick, actionable insights as well as allow organisations to benchmark themselves against competitors – all without surveys.
She also showcased EX+, Welliba’s versatile AI-driven platform, back by a scientifically valid and predictive EX model with robust data privacy measures. The platform offers personalised predictive insights, internal and external tools and learning resources to improve people and business outcomes at all levels.
The judges were impressed by the depth of knowledge and the precise insightful responses to their questions.
