Welliba wins the “Best HR Tech Company” Award at the HR Excellence Awards 2024

Welliba has won the prestigious award for “Best HR Tech Company” at the HR Excellence Awards 2024 in Belgium. An independent jury of international HR specialists picked Welliba as the winner based on an HR Tech project done in collaboration with Accenture Belgium and Luxembourg. The project’s objective was to measure and improve the employee experience of employees from a recently acquired organisation.

The jury was impressed with the way Welliba and Accenture had managed the complexity of the cultural transformation that accompanied the acquisition. The jury pointed out how both the human aspect and new technologies (such as AI) were leveraged to enable a successful transformation. Finally, the jury explicitly stated that it appreciated how Welliba was able to show the considerable impact of its project with detailed measurement data.

The Winning Case Study

In 2023, Welliba helped Accenture expand its employee listening strategy targeted at new employees who had joined after a recent acquisition. Accenture, like many local and international organisations, used Welliba’s EX+, an Employee Experience Management System, to automatically generate predictive real-time insights and personalised advice from data collected from employees based on behavioural science and a holistic employee experience model. Welliba’s EX+ technology helps predict outcomes such as Flight Risk, eNPS, Growth, Career, Trust, Absenteeism, Psychosocial Risk, and Psychological Safety rather than solely analysing historical data.

Employees received real-time insights and advice related to their own experience. Accenture’s learning resources were mapped so selected resources could be recommended to specific employees. The EX+ dashboard allows HR and people leaders to deeply analyse EX data, review actionable recommendations, access relevant tools and learning resources targeted for people managers, as well as monitor key people risks and commitment as new initiatives to improve EX are taken.

In this project, participation went up 20 times compared to the previous survey. The data showed that Accenture had successfully addressed the top concerns of the newly acquired employees, resulting in a reduction in flight risk and an increase in trust.
