Welliba Triumphs at HR Excellence Awards with Louis Vuitton Case Study

Genval, Belgium – March 27, 2025 – Welliba, a leader in people insight & workplace technology solutions, proudly announces its victory at the prestigious HR Excellence Awards in the category of "Best Employee Engagement & Rewards provider." This accolade recognises Welliba's groundbreaking work in collaboration with Louis Vuitton, showcasing a case study that redefines employee listening strategies.  


The winning case study 

The award-winning case study highlights Welliba's commitment to enhancing employee experiences through cutting-edge technology and personalised insights. Welliba showcased to the jury how its EX+ technology helped Louis Vuitton since 2024 to innovate by moving beyond traditional psychosocial risk and wellbeing measurement for the Louis Vuitton Client Services team based in Belgium covering 16 countries.  

The jury was impressed with the way Welliba was able to offer a scalable multilingual technology solution to support a unique multi-lingual service center environment Finally, the jury explicitly stated that it appreciated how Welliba created a strong partnership and was able to show the considerable impact of its project with detailed measurement data.
