Ben Waber
Ben Waber is recognized worldwide as one of the leading thinkers at the intersection of management, data, workplace, and people. He is currently a visiting scientist at MIT and a senior visiting researcher at Ritsumeikan University. Waber's book, People Analytics, is an international bestseller and was published by the Financial Times press.
Jake Mealy
Jake Mealy is a data analyst and storyteller whose experience spans biotech, sales, marketing, HR tech and people analytics. He holds a PhD from Trinity College Dublin and previously led data teams at Indeed and Analytic Partners. As Welliba's Chief Data Solutions Officer he pioneers AI driven people analytics solutions. The insights delivered by this technology reveal the influence that employee experience has on hard business performance metrics.
Kevin Rutherford
Kevin is the VP of Professional Services in North America at Welliba, where he applies over a decade of experience in HR tech consulting to enhance employee experiences. Holding an M.S. in I/O Psychology from Florida International University, he specializes in designing and implementing complex programs that prioritize effectiveness, efficiency, ethics, and engagement. By integrating archival data, active employee listening, and generative AI, Kevin helps clients develop tailored employee experience solutions.
Before joining Welliba, Kevin led the design and management of innovative selection and assessment programs at Verizon and Coinbase. His extensive background also includes external consulting roles at Hirevue, Modern Hire, Aon, and cut-e Group, providing him with valuable insights into client needs and best practices on an international scale.
