Join Welliba in Boston on April 21st
In this event, we will present the most comprehensive picture of employee experience in the S&P 500 ever assembled.
In this research project, we used our EXcelerate technology to analyze over 25 million data points from more than 150,000 public websites to produce a rich and detailed analysis of each of the 500 companies in the index. For the first time, we have a clear view of the exact organizational levers that produce the biggest competitive advantage.
We’ll share evidence-backed answers to questions leaders are actively wrestling with, including:
- Can we use people and culture data to predict stock growth over the long term?
- What people and cultural characteristics drive revenue and customer satisfaction?
- What organizational characteristics create the best impact to attract, hire, develop and retain high-performing talent where there is a scarcity of skill?
- If you have one more dollar to invest in your people, is it better spent on compensation or career progression and advancement opportunities?
