Inside Our Employee Experience Research Employee experience is often discussed in headlines and anecdotes, but what happens when you analyse it at scale, systematically, and link it to real business outcomes?

In this webinar, we shared findings from a major research project analysing employee experience across the S&P 500. Using Welliba’s EXcelerate technology, we examined more than 25 million data points drawn from 150,000+ public sources to understand how organisations are actually experienced by employees, and how that experience connects to long-term performance. Moving beyond headlines and assumptions Public narratives around companies are often shaped by loud moments: leadership announcements, media controversy, or viral stories.

But our research shows that external sentiment and internal employee experience don’t always align, and when they don’t, organisations risk making decisions based on noise rather than signal. By grounding analysis in large-scale, continuously updated external data, the research reveals which employee experience factors consistently act as boosters of performance, and which ones become blockers when ignored.
