Elevating Employee Engagement & Development through Ethical AI, Personalisation & Automation

The integration of AI into HR and the changing landscape of work requires HR professionals to grapple with ongoing innovation, information overload, technological complexity, ethical and legal considerations, and the need for continuous skills development. Successful navigation of these challenges involves a proactive and strategic approach, with a focus on leveraging AI to enhance human capabilities and create a positive and inclusive future of work. It is great that we have such opportunities in the realm of people science but who would have thought we had to navigate the emerging legal landscape of European AI directives, US Roboboss Senate Bills, GDPR… The list continues.

We have invited an industry expert Professor Fred Oswald at Rice University, Chair of the Board on Human-Systems Integration (BOHSI) with the National Academy of Sciences, and Member of the National Artificial Intelligence Advisory Committee (NAIAC) in the US. He is joining our CEO David Barrett to discuss the impact of AI on organisations and their Talent & HR functions. We will consider common challenges and explore new approaches and practical tips related to using AI technology in the area of engagement and employee development.

Katarina Coppé at Welliba, will facilitate the webinar, moderate the panel discussion and help to answer your questions.
